Shared Imaging is looking for a Full Time Call Center Scheduling/Service Representative to work remotely. The ideal candidate will reside within the Streamwood, IL, Downers Grove, IL area. Open to residents in CA as well.
Hours: Sunday, Monday - 6:30am to 3pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8am to 4:30pm
The ideal candidate must possess:
* Customer service/call center/patient scheduling experience
* Strong ability to prioritize & multi task with attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Experience working on computers, using Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
Specific duties include (but are not limited to):
* Manage incoming customer service & patient scheduling phone calls & other customer requests
* Schedule patients for PET/CT scans, order doses and send encrypted patient paperwork and patient schedules
* Verify Insurance Authorizations
* Order/ship medical supplies
* Back up for Service; creating work orders and dispatching accordingly
* Identify and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
* Use web-based systems, Mircrosoft Word and Excel on a daily basis
* Log all communication in work orders
* Interact with vendors and customers by phone and email
* Escalate service calls when needed
* Attach Field Service Reports to work orders in service max
* Audit and manage work orders created by answering service
* Audit report from vendor and make sure all calls are logged in ServiceMax
* Scheduling/mobile route forecast & actual reports
* Follow through on resolution of any customer needs
