Healthcare Service Desk Associate
CSI Companies is hiring a Healthcare Service Desk Associate to assist patients On-Site in NYC over the phone in this phone-centric customer service, patient service role. In this role, you will handle questions surrounding scheduling, registration, medical records, insurance, and more.
Healthcare Service Desk Associate provides care and support by:
- Greeting patients, guests, and customers over the phone
- Providing exceptional customer service in a heavy phone volume setting
- New patient preparation and scheduling
- Supporting compliance policies
- Registering patients
- Obtaining and maintaining medical records
- Verifying insurance
- Understanding of HIPAA
Requirements:
- Ability to work on-site in a call center setting with schedules ranging 24/7
- 2+ years' experience working in a heavy customer service role in Healthcare
- Medical Terminology
- Exceptional phone demeanor
- Knowledge of HIPAA
- HS Diploma or equivalent
