Duties include working collaboratively with team members to answer questions and address concerns in a timely manner. Day in the Life:Location: Primarily in an office space What to Expect: We pride ourselves on providing hospitable, courteous, efficient service to customers. You will have the opportunity to act as the first point of contact for customers. This includes answering product questions, providing solutions to customer needs, and re-directing calls as needed. Qualifications: Qualified candidates have two years work experience in a related field and possess excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to make quick and accurate decisions, and are committed to customer satisfaction.
