About the Position

Minimum Qualifications
* Advanced degree in international development, business, economics, public relations or appropriate subject area. Doctorate degree in appropriate field a plus.
* Excellent written and spoken English (bilingual preferred; at a minimum, the ability to communicate proficiently in a second language).
* DFC, OPIC and USAID experience strongly preferred.
