Answer & make calls to patients to address their needs or issues regarding Savannah Dental.• Respond efficiently & accurately to callers, engage in active listening, explain possible solutions, & ensure that patients feel supported & valued.o Note all important details of conversation in notes.• Fill out Pink Sheets thoroughly when talking to new patients/leads & track in spreadsheet.• Call patients to confirm their appointments 3 days out.o Utilize all communication platforms available (call, email, Weave) until patients can be reached.• Call patients that are due for cleanings, make notes for tracking & follow up.• Make calls off of Recall • Fill hygiene openings.• Check messages before breaks/leaving & call back all patients• Follow Tower scripts & tools to provide the best communication and customer service.• Follow up on Simplifye• Participate in training & other learning opportunities to expand knowledge & skills.• Adhere to all company policies & procedures.• Other duties as assigned by Call Center LeadRequired Skills/Abilities:● Exceptional customer service & active listening while multitasking● Excellent verbal & written communication skills● Friendly, positive attitude● Comfortability using several different technological-based programs & tools
