URGENTLY HIRING: Skilled Carpenter/Construction Workers! Are you a Master of Your Craft looking for Full-Time Work? If you have experience in both Residential and Commercial Construction, we want YOU to join our amazing team at AHL Healthcare Group!About the Carpenter/Construction Position: As a Carpenter/Construction Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our residential foster care homes and facilities. Your work will directly contribute to creating a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties.Conduct selective demolition and property turnover maintenance.Execute carpentry tasks: framing, drywall hanging, and finish carpentry.Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs.Collaborate with coworkers and interact positively with clients.Experience with remodels; Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living roomsSolid experience with flooring, from stretching carpet to full replacement and repair to include wood, vinyl, linoleum, stone and tile and carpetingProficiency to troubleshoot and solve complex problemsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesOrganizational and time management skillsWhat We are Looking For:Knowledge to plan projects and be strong at decision-makingA Positive Attitude: Demonstrate supportive behavior with clients and team members.Attention to Detail: Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and timely.Experience: Proven skills in carpentry and construction.Compensation: Based on experience.Requirements:Must be 18 years or olderAvailable to work Monday through Friday and on call for emergencies.Experience with Residential and Commercial regular maintenance, remodels and demolition projects.Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Clean Driving Record.Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (Full-Time, with a 1-Year Waiting Period for Part-Time)Supplemental Insurance (Short-Term Disability, Life, Accident, Critical Illness)Performance-Based Wage IncreasesEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time OffReady to Make a Difference?Apply now to lay the foundation for your career with AHL Healthcare Group!Must be able to pass a MN DHS Background Check
