Always balancing creativity and efficiency, while following company policies and procedures.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales and Performance Management:
  • Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives and promotional events to drive customer traffic and increase brand awareness.
  • Provide regular updates to the Store Manager on store performance, sales figures, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and corporate teams to share insights and contribute to the store's overall improvement.
  • Perform in a consistent, timely and effective manner in accordance with established company and department specific policies and procedures.
  • Lead by example and coach the store team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring that every customer feels valued and satisfied with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to set sales targets and goals for the store and actively participate in achieving them.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and take proactive measures to drive sales and maximize revenue.
Staff Training and Development
  • Utilize retail training material according to company and brand strategies.
  • Ensure each team member takes part in chat-ins at the start of their shifts and before leaving for the day.
  • Delegate according to individual's knowledge and skill set to effectively achieve results.
  • Assist the Store Manager in training and developing the store team, ensuring they have the necessary product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide feedback to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
Operations
  • Help oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and managing store facilities.
  • Work with the Store Manager to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Support the Store Manager in maintaining the store's visual merchandising standards, ensuring that displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Participate in store layout changes and seasonal updates to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  • Assist in managing store inventory, including stock replenishment, stockroom organization, and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Store Cleanliness: at our stores, we take great pride in providing our customers with a clean and well-maintained shopping environment. This includes the cleanliness and organization of the store: including but not limited to the salesfloor, fitting rooms, cash desk area, and backroom areas such as bathroom and stockroom. As a retail employee, you are expected to take the initiative of upkeeping the cleanliness in the store.Teams will be required to conduct daily cleaning tasks included but not limited to:
  • Dust and clean shelves, furniture, fixtures and decor
  • Clean doors, window glass, mirrors (exterior and interior)
  • Pick up and empty trash cans and garbage taking it to the dumpster as needed
  • Sweep and mop hard floors
  • Wipe and sanitize sinks, countertops, shared common areas and equipment
TEAM DYNAMIC
  • Liaison between Store Leads, Sales Ambassadors, and Store Management to ensure clients experience high quality customer service, completing store operations efficiently and implementing sales strategies thus meeting and exceeding commercial goals.
  • Provides training to Store Leads and Sales Ambassadors, may include cross-department functions.
  • Based on your experience with the CALZEDONIA and performance, you may be selected to support NEW Stores Openings across the US as a team bonding opportunity and a chance to put your skills and knowledge to the test!
  • Participate in nationwide contests within other CALZEDONIA locations to show our team spirit!

  • Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
  • You are able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
  • You are a people person! Working with a team to accomplish store goals, genuinely enjoying an environment of fun music and building connections with our guests for the best shopping experience.
  • You are able to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, for a short distance engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance including climbing a ladder and use a step stool
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail industry and customer service
