RequirementsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Commits to the Y's mission, vision and values.
- Works with supervisor to create and implement procedures and/or programs and/or curriculums.
- Works with program participants and volunteers to deliver safe, quality programming while adhering to all standards.
- Builds effective, authentic relationships with participants and connects participants to the Y.
Education Requirements:
- High School degree or GED, or working towards completion of high school.
