About the RoleAs the Campaign Ads Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and executing paid media strategies that will increase our brand presence, drive traffic, and boost conversions. You'll collaborate closely with the small but mighty marketing team to launch digital campaigns across multiple channels, optimize for ROI, and analyze campaign performance. This is a hands-on role where not just your expertise but your actual doing of the work will directly impact the success of our company.Your primary responsibility will be managing all aspects of our paid media campaigns-from strategy and execution to ongoing optimization and reporting. You'll work in tandem with internal teams to develop creative, manage budgets, and continuously improve the performance of our ad strategies. What You'll Do
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, manage, and execute paid media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Optimize for Performance: Continuously monitor, test, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs, including conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage data and analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights to the marketing and leadership teams.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the content and design teams to develop compelling creatives that align with marketing strategies and resonate with our audience.
- Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spending across channels and consistent tracking of performance metrics.
- Experimentation & Testing: Conduct A/B tests and iterate on campaigns to refine messaging, creatives, and audience targeting.
- Stay Current: Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our advertising strategies remain fresh and competitive.
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with a focus on e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract insights from data to optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Heap, and others.
- A positive and creative mindset with a passion for testing, optimizing, and thinking outside of the box regarding paid media strategies.
