By leveraging data and insights, we can anticipate our clients' needs, providing personalized service and message content that is contextually appropriate and timely. Through personalization, we can transform all client interactions.The Digital Marketing Senior Consultant will be charged with authoring content in support of marketing campaigns, journeys, and promotional offers presented across online banking, mobile app, branch, call center, and digital commerce channels. This individual will work closely with marketing and risk partners to ensure displayed content meets expectations and defined standards. Additionally, the Authenticated Marketing Senior Authoring Consultant will ensure workflow activities are documented, delivery progress communicated, and proactively managed to deliver quality messages aligned to targeted delivery dates. This function will work closely with channel, technology, and product marketing teams to ensure new requirements are identified, defined, and delivered according to agreed timelines.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time.Oversee the end-to-end management of campaigns, ensuring timely execution and deliveryEvaluate channel fit and capacity alignment for requested campaignsPartner with marketing and channel teams to align expected client experience, offer scripting, and required dispositions to achieve optimal resultsAuthor campaign content using Adobe Experience ManagerTroubleshoot issues which may impact delivery deadlinesMaintain proactive communications with stakeholders related to project status, documenting updates in WorkfrontMaintain master project plan for programs running across channelsAssist with documenting, updating, and maintaining ad specsAssist with project coordination and workflow procedures adherenceManage stakeholder relationships Collaborate with cross-functional technical and management teams to create innovative and differentiating client experiences while proactively managing shifting business and marketplace dynamicsAdditional projects and/or tasks supporting the partnering teams, as requested.QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
