We are growing rapidly and are looking to hire a Campaign Manager to join our New York Office. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Campaign Manager to lead, execute, and manage campaigns that drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a performance marketer with a proven track record in digital marketing, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration. They will be responsible for crafting data-driven strategies, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and working closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

In this role you will:
* Campaign Strategy Development: Define objectives, target audiences, and data-driven strategies that align with organizational goals.
* Independent Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage campaigns end-to-end with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
* Channel Expertise: Oversee campaigns across digital channels, including paid social, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and programmatic advertising.
* Performance Marketing: Leverage tools like Google Analytics (GA) to analyze campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize strategies for growth.
* HubSpot Management: Utilize HubSpot for marketing automation and customer journey mapping while understanding Salesforce integration to ensure alignment with sales workflows.
* Event Management: Coordinate and execute events-such as webinars, trade shows, product launches, and customer conferences-aligned with campaign goals. Manage logistics, event promotion, and post-event follow-up to maximize engagement and ROI.
* Sales Enablement: Partner closely with sales teams to develop and deliver campaign assets that support the sales process, such as case studies, email templates, pitch decks, and product insights. Provide training or resources to help sales teams effectively leverage campaign materials in client interactions.
* Data-Driven Optimization: Track and report campaign metrics, making real-time adjustments to improve performance and meet KPIs.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and product teams to ensure campaigns align with product launches, sales initiatives, and market trends.
* Content Oversight: Collaborate with creative teams to deliver impactful marketing collateral and campaign assets.
* Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure campaigns adhere to industry regulations and reflect current best practices.
You Have
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 5-8 years of proven experience as a Campaign Manager or in a performance marketing role.
* Strong knowledge of HubSpot for marketing automation and understanding of Salesforce for CRM.
* Demonstrable expertise in Google Analytics, digital marketing channels, and campaign tactics.
* Ability to independently run campaigns from strategy to execution and reporting.
* Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, particularly when working with sales and product teams.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools beyond HubSpot and GA.
* Experience working in cross-functional teams within fast-paced environments.
* Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing, including emerging channels and tools.

* $100,000 - $130,000
