Company DescriptionPublicis Media UNIT3C is a social marketing and dynamic content center of excellence, specializing in connecting brands to consumers in real-time, social environments.OverviewThe Campaign Manager, Search is responsible for leading the day to day management of clients' paid search & shopping campaigns, implementing search strategy and optimization, building strong relationships, and establishing clear lines of communication with clients, partners, and internal staff members.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the planning & execution of paid search campaigns from start to finish, including the development, management, optimization, and reporting of paid search campaignsConduct keyword research and forecasts to contribute to strategy and annual planningDevelop strong working relationships with internal agency counterparts to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and to identify and deliver new solutions for clientsEnsure client deliverables and recommendations are accurate, sound, and viableEffectively monitor and manage keyword strategies, ad copy builds, campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustmentsProvide excellent communication and recommendations to clients such as clear, concise, and meaningful insights in performance recapsCommand data analysis of key Search metrics (e.g. CPC, CTR, SOV, ROAS, etc.) to identify, recommend, and implement changes for increasing the performance of client Search programsManage budgeting, forecasting, billing, and invoicing in PrismaQualificationsBachelor's degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred1+ year of hands on experience managing paid search & shopping campaigns, client or agency side in the Retail industry preferredProficiency in Google Ads & Bing Ads, including Shopping Ads & Performance MaxExperience with a bid mangement tool such as Search Ads 360 preferredStrong proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, and ExcelDemonstrated problem solving, organization, and project management skillsAbility to work independently and balance multiple tasksHigh attention to detail and the ability to move at an agile paceAdditional InformationCompensation Range: $46,500 - $80,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
