Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Call Center/Dispatcher Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a call center or dispatching environment. The role requires excellent multitasking abilities and exceptional customer service skills. The associate will also assist in special projects as needed.Pay Rate: $18.14/hrShift Schedules:
- 1st Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 8:45 PM - 7:00 AM

- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Dispatch services and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries promptly.
- Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of all calls and dispatches.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or dispatching role.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer skills and relevant software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
