We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Campus Launch Program Manager to spearhead the expansion and optimization of our campus-based initiatives. As a key member of our client's team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving student adoption, engagement, and overall growth.
Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Oversee the strategic direction and execution of our client's Campus Launcher program, ensuring that each campus achieves its semesterly goals.
- Metrics and Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide guidance and resources to Campus Launchers to enhance adoption and engagement rates.
- Innovation and Strategy: Drive the ideation, planning, and implementation of operational projects aimed at expanding our presence on college campuses.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (e.g., marketing, operations, sales) to ensure seamless integration and alignment of initiatives.
- Talent Development: Mentor and coach Campus Launchers to foster their professional growth and success.
Requirements:
- You have a Bachelor's degree or higher
- Demonstrable success leading initiatives, establishing and achieving goals, and succeeding in a team environment
- You have success executing business development opportunities or negotiating partnerships
- You're proficient in Google Sheets, with strong data manipulation and analysis skills, and comfortable using the broader Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Drive) for collaboration and productivity.
