Campus Ministry Field StaffDecision Point | Website | Instagram | Vimeo | YoutubeAbout Decision Point We are an evangelical non-profit that exists to proclaim the gospel to the next generation. We focus on equipping, sending and reaching students on their school campus and online. Browse through our website at DecisionPoint.org to learn more about what we do. Come help save the next generation! Expanding the Mission and Advancing the GospelDecision Point is currently active in 17 areas and partnering with churches and mobilizing students for campus outreach. We desire to see this number grow to 25 areas by 2027, and through our online coaching program, we hope to coach students far beyond that. We have seen that coaching a few schools in a local area today can lead to long-term ministry being established for years to come. We have recently launched our new four-year campaign, I Have Decided. In the next four years we are praying we will see:
- 10,000 students say, I have decided to witness for Christ!
- 1,000 churches say, I have decided to mobilize our students to witness for Christ!
- 10,000 people to say, I have decided to pray for and financially support this ministry.
We believe that by God's grace this will result in:
- 25 strategic cities served by Decision Point campus ministry in their communities
- 1,000 campuses impacted by the Student Leaders deployed by Decision Point
- 2.5+ million students given the gospel on campus or online
Check out this video to see our mission in action. We pray that the Lord will continue expanding the mission - coast-to-coast, border to border and beyond - till every student has heard.About Our Next Campus Ministry Field StaffThe purpose of each chapter is to build a gospel movement that transforms lives at high schools and middle schools across a whole region. Within this broad and challenging mission, this job has several clear roles:
- Evangelist: We're a gospel-ministry and all members of our team - especially those in leadership - are involved in sharing Christ. In addition to personally sharing Christ, Campus Ministry Field Staff are responsible to instill this value into every level of the team and coach others to do the same.
- Recruiter: We're a volunteer-based ministry, always looking for good people to do their part to accelerate the mission before us. We believe that pretty much everyone we meet has some part to play in the mission, and we proactively make those connections.
- Leadership Coach: We are a leadership-development organization. Everything we accomplish is done through people, so we continually equip students, volunteers, and team leaders to fully develop all the talents that God has given them. Your role will be one of influence, teaching, and inspiration, helping those under your care to grow into the good works that God has prepared for them to walk in.
- Networker: Chapters are commissioned to reach schools across a geographic area. Surrounding each school is a Christian community of local churches and mature believers. You'll work to build connections and partnerships with them, so that together you can reach the students in your areas of ministry.
- Shepherd: Leading a team of people sometimes comes with interpersonal challenges (and sometimes crises). We look for Campus Ministry Field Staff ready to guide and instruct people with grace and truth in the power of the Spirit.
- Team Manager: You report to the Chapter Director or Area Director. You personally oversee part-time employees and volunteers. You're responsible to ensure that all of them receive the training they need to be successful, and that they abide by our standards and protocols for ministry behavior.
