KSA's/Required Qualifications Must possess an unexpired Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) Law Enforcement Officer certification, maintain the certification, and have a valid Virginia driver's license. Considerable knowledge of public safety and security laws, legal codes, as well as regulations and equipment, gained through experience as a certified law enforcement officer.
