This is a high-volume Campus Recruiter role that will cover all of the company's business divisions. You will screen resumes, conduct interviews, and perform skills assessment tests for intern candidates.Post job ads on Handshake and Workday and source potential candidates, especially from the schools *** has visited from a Career Fair perspective, and has relationships with.Liaise with team leaders to define hiring needs for their summer interns.Ensure that diversity and inclusion practices are a priority throughout the recruitment process.This is a hybrid role- 3 days in NYC office, 2 days WFHQualsPrior work experience as a high-volume Campus Recruiter (5 years minimum)Knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviewsHands-on experience with Workday and Handshake is a MUSTFamiliarity with social media sourcingUnderstanding of labor legislation, particularly regarding internshipsGood networking abilitiesAn understanding of media organizations is helpful
