The manager is looking for a campus recruiter with 1-2 years of experience in campus recruiting, preferably closer to the 2-year mark. Ideally, the candidate should have 3 years of experience.

While this is a remote role, there may be times the candidate is asked to report onsite for meetings. The frequency of onsite reporting would be limited, but candidates can inquire during the interview for a true gauge of how often they would need to report in.
This role will involve high-volume recruiting, with a focus on filling intern and new grad requisitions. There is potential for this role to extend beyond 6 months and for conversion based on business demand.
The candidate will not need to attend any career fairs as those would be completed, but there may be potential to attend campus career fairs in the future.
