Industry: Healthcare - Nurse Recruitment

Pay: $25-30 per hour, based on experience

Type: Indefinite Contract/Contract to Hire

Location: 100% remote (must be located in Indiana)

Hours: M-F, 8-5 EST

Onboarding Requirements: Background check, drug screen, TB test, flu vaccine (during flu season)

Equipment Provided: Laptop and cell phone

Travel: Occasional travel to Indianapolis for meetings/events (mileage reimbursed)

Job Overview:

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a healthcare organization seeking a Campus Nurse Recruiter. This position is remote, but will require quarterly on-site presence in Indianapolis, IN. This is a temporary to hire position based on performance.

This role partners with universities across the state to identify top talent. Manages a comprehensive recruiting process, which includes posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, candidate selections, pre-hire preparation, and ensuring successful arrivals on first dates of employment. Aligns candidate skills and abilities with openings, to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and executed effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral-based interviews
  • Review resumes and conduct mock interviews
  • Candidate outreach and onboarding (health assessments, background checks, credentials, etc.)
  • Serve as both recruiter and mentor

Qualifications:

  • TA background required, specifically in nurse recruitment
  • Campus recruitment experience is a plus
  • 2+ years of recent sourcing and recruiting experience
  • Experience handling 50-60 open requisitions
  • Oracle experience preferred but not required
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Deadline-oriented and metrics-driven
