The Campus Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading and driving the company's recruitment strategy for entry-level talent from college and university campuses. This role involves building relationships with educational institutions, managing recruitment events, and creating a pipeline of diverse, high-potential candidates to meet the organization's hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of early career recruitment. Role can be located in either our Racine, WI or Oak Brook, Illinois offices and is hybrid requiring three (3) days in-office presence and two (2) days remote/home office.

Responsibilities
    Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy aligned with the company's talent acquisition goals.
  • Partnership Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key educational institutions, career services departments, student organizations, and faculty members.
  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and attend on-campus recruitment events such as career fairs, networking events, and information sessions to promote the company's brand.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage top talent from universities and colleges for internships, co-ops, and full-time positions.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and ensure an inclusive recruitment process.
  • Program Development: Oversee the internship and early talent programs, working with internal stakeholders to provide a positive experience for candidates.
  • Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for various roles.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze key recruiting metrics such as offer acceptance rates, candidate experience, hiring and conversion metrics, and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, such as HR, talent acquisition, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure alignment in recruitment efforts.
  • Brand Ambassador: Serve as a brand ambassador for the company by communicating its mission, values, and career opportunities to external audiences.
  • Candidate Marketing: With support from Marketing, create graphics, fliers and presentations and work with brands to ensure consistent messaging and images

The annual salary for this role is $61,125 - $89,650 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field of study preferred
  • 3 or more years of experience in recruiting, campus recruitment, or talent acquisition
  • Willingness and ability to travel for on-campus events and recruitment activities (20-30%).

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong understanding of early career hiring trends and best practices.
  • Proven experience building relationships with colleges and universities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
