Role: Campus Recruiting Specialist Location: Boston, MA Hybrid: 4 days in office (Monday - Thursday) Compensation range: Up to $100k base salary plus bonus Benefits: 100% healthcare coverage (including dental and vision), 25 days' vacation, 401k match and more. Our client is a growing investment firm with over 1300 employees globally and is known for their incredible dynamic culture. The US team is looking for a Campus Recruiting Specialist to take ownership of their US campus program. This is an exciting opportunity to have direct impact into the business and make a mark on the incoming population! Reporting to the Campus Recruiting Lead, you will:
- Develop a campus recruiting strategy to build out the graduate, MBA and intern populations for the US business.
- Grow and initiate relationships with universities, including attending on-campus recruitment events.
- Develop strong relationships with the internal team including understanding their business needs and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Run screening calls with candidates and manage applications.
- Liaise with external vendors as needed.
Key requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience with campus recruitment (inclusive of experience working as a campus recruiting coordinator/analyst)
- Experience working within a corporate and fast-paced environment such as financial services or tech.
- Ability to travel for campus events
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
