Box 1967 - - I - - - Date posted: 26-Nov-2024 Business Function: Human Resources Position Type: Full-Time/Regular Description We are hiring an Campus Recruitment Team Lead to bring dynamic and diverse talent into the Steelcase award winning internship program. What You Will Be Doing: You will be owning the point of view and strategy for the entire Steelcase US and Canada Internship Program. This includes:
  • Strategically aligning the intern program objectives to the goals of the organization
  • Leading the team of campus recruiters
  • Cultivating relationships with target academic institutions, student orgs, business inclusion groups, community partners, etc.
  • Designing and delivering meaningful experiences for the students that have decided to spend their internship with Steelcase
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the business while building strategies to attract top level talent Who You Are: You are an individual who enjoys building positive relationships and has a passion for working with students. The idea of working with people from a wide array of backgrounds while leading and mentoring a small team excites you. You have a background in Talent Acquisition or Talent Management, University Relations, or a related field. Required Skills and Competencies:
    • Talent Knowledge: 3+ years of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or HR related experience
    • Leadership: Experience organizing work, setting team objectives, and developing team members
    • Project Management Pro: Experience using project management tools and methodologies for delivering programs and events, aligning stakeholders, managing budget, etc
    • Data-Driven: Experience using data analytics to optimization the performance and effectiveness of the intern program Preferred Skills and Competencies:
      • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
      • Partnerships: Experience partnering with Colleges and Universities
      • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Applicant tracking systems and/or Handshake
      • Talent Marketing: Knowledge of talent marketing and social media strategies for building diverse, intern talent pipelines
