YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and direct production personnel in railcar unloading, packaging, blending, and tanker loading.
- Develop production personnel and monitor work practices to ensure that work is safe, efficient, and accurate.
- Comply with and enforce all safety procedures, operating procedures, and policies. Reinforce a strong safety culture at the site.
- Approve/monitor overtime work.
- Develop and implement the detailed daily production schedule.
- Perform various computer transactions to add material to inventory upon receipt, print bill of ladings, manage inventory,
- input/communicate quality issues, etc.
- Insure equipment is in proper operating condition; report any repair issues to the Maintenance Department.
- Represent Brenntag Pacific group in a professional manner.
YOUR PROFILE
Education and Experience:- Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent work experience in the chemical industry, and three years supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Ability to read, write and speak the English language. Knowledge of Spanish is helpful.
- Proficient level of skill in Microsoft Office.
- Forklift and Driving Experience
- Possess good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to supervise/lead others by setting expectations, monitoring performance, coaching as needed, and holding employees accountable for their performance.
- Possess good written/oral communication skills.
