The primary role of the Campus Visit Coordinator at Trine University revolves around enticing and enrolling new students by focusing on personalized, individual visits. This role encompasses overseeing every aspect of individual recruitment-related visits. This includes crafting the strategic blueprint for the individual visit program, overseeing the student tour guide and ambassador initiatives. The coordinator's scope also involves collaborating within and beyond the Trine community to enhance existing and pioneer new individual visit programs, all with the aim of consistently achieving the ultimate visitor experience.Moreover, this position requires active involvement across all stages of the admission process. To excel in this role, flexibility, vision, creativity, and an infectious energy are essential qualities. A demonstrated ability to inspire and guide others is crucial for success in this position.Visit Coordination:Will be responsible for all daily campus visit scheduling, faculty appointments, classroom observations, and scheduling of campus tours and more.Responsible for oversight of Student Tour Guides and Ambassador programs including hiring, scheduling, training, and managing.Build and maintain robust tour guide training program, manual and incentive program.Initiate innovative ideas to elevate and enrich the overall visitor experience.Responsible for a comprehensive marketing plan to recruit new students through the campus visit program, which thoroughly analyzes and assesses Trine's competitive markets and concludes with the realistic goal projections for event and individual visit attendance.Drive the planning, execution, and assessment of programs targeting the enrollment of academically gifted and culturally diverse students.Assist with daily management of visitors.Organize and schedule Storm Saturday events.Prepares, reviews, and submits reports as necessary.Recruitment:Utilize Slate to process and maintain student admission files.Assist with communication with prospective students throughout the recruitment cycle.Assist admission staff with territory management including the review of admission files.Meet with students and their families for individual campus visits.Maintain proactive outreach and timely responses with applicants using all available tools.Attend recruitment events, Visit Days, SOAR, Scholarship Day, and assigned Saturday office coverage.Represent Trine University at college fairs.Contribute to communication planning and marketing materials content.Review website content and email communications to ensure accuracy.Assist with the annual marketing direct-mail grid, working closely with the operations staff, admission staff, and marketing office in implementing mailings on a strategic, timely, and cost-efficient basis.Be knowledgeable on all degree requirements and can advise students on their options.Prepares, reviews, and submits reports as necessary.Other duties as assigned.Education / ExperienceBachelor's degree required or relevant work experience preferred.
