The Department of Family and Community Medicine is recruiting an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the actively evolving Cancer Cognitive Clinic program and the Cancer Survivorship program within the UC Health system. The provider will offer outpatient services primarily at the Barrett Cancer Center and possibly the UC Gardner Neuroscience Institute, depending on the assigned space. They will provide care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and further the COM mission through excellence in education, innovation, and clinical care in the field of cancer survivorship and cancer cognitive care.
Essential FunctionsNurse Practitioner:
Required Education Master's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program. Required Experience Three (3) years nursing experience; additional related work experience may be required depending on specialty/sub-specialty. Required Trainings/Certifications

Physician Assistant:
Required Education Master's Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Required Experience Minimum of one (1) year experience is required; additional related work experience may be required depending on specialty/sub-specialty. Required Trainings/Certifications
