Candidate Experience Specialist you will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and support the recruiting function of the company. In this role, you will help to implement and execute the strategy of the firm's people strategy by managing interviews, supporting recruiters, and other various aspects of the full lifecycle recruiting process.
Responsibilities- Provide general support to talent acquisition leadership and coordination of day to day activities
- Maintain calendars and schedules of interviews, meetings, and events both internally and externally
- Schedule and track all interviews, offer processes, travel schedules, and event schedules
- Interface with internal client leadership and hiring managers to ensure smooth efficiencies through the recruiting and onboarding process
- Work with client service teams and candidates to provide status updates
- Manage, maintain relationships, and support all external agency vendors
- Utilize and support recruiters in the applicant tracking system (ATS) with reports, data entry, and candidate management
- Contribute to the creative talent acquisition process by creating unique and outside of the box ideas on marketing and events
- Participate in the interviewing and selection process of all roles nationally
Qualifications- College degree is required. 1-2 years' experience in a recruiting or sales/marketing related environment preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience working in an applicant tracking system preferred
- Ability and passion to grow to be a senior level recruiter
- Outgoing, aggressive, motivated, and loves working with people
- Must be able to travel a minimum of 20-30% nationally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
