Become our Next Fulfillment Specialist III! Are you ready to elevate your career to new highs? We're seeking experienced Fulfillment Specialists to ensure all product is packaged and identified in compliance with State regulations and to ensure all aspects of orders are fulfilled in an efficient, accurate, and compliant manner in timely communication with Sales, Purchasing, and Distribution team members. Ideal candidates will have fast paced, high volume warehouse experience, be compliance obsessed, and possess a keen attention to detail. This is a full time, benefitted position with a M-F 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm daily schedule.   • Supervise a team and lead processes in accordance with compliant practices.
  • Support buildout of manifests and route assignments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing Distribution orders.
  • Maintain and organize vault in conjunction with inventory needs.
  • Act as inter-departmental liaison, communicating with key stakeholders in wholesale, retail, kitchen, and grow teams.
  • Perform weekly physical inventory audits of all storage vaults to verify products locations and counts.
  • Make necessary adjustments to inventory resulting from audits after physical count is completed, following company guidelines for documentation of adjustments.
  • Investigate inventory shortages and discrepancies and create a variance report for each inventory count.
  • Create miscellaneous reports and process documentation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and counts as needed to support efficiency.
  • Ensure product is tracked compliantly and accurately in all areas of work.
  • Securely close down the facility, following all necessary closing procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What We Look For
  • Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage a large volume of detail-oriented tasks across multiple locations and teams.
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Motivation toward process improvement with an ability to be creative in streamlining process and flow of systems.
  • Familiarity with METRC, ERP systems, and Microsoft software.
  • Must be and remain compliant with all legal and company regulations required for working in the cannabis space.
  • Hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid Marijuana's Handlers Permit and Food Handler's Card.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit and kneel daily in warehouse and production environments that include concrete or other hard-surface floors and, in some instances, staircases.
  • Ability to push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds multiple times daily.
  • Ability to maintain focus and memory in environments with distractions such as heavy foot traffic, background noise due to public conversations and the gathering of people, etc.
