Store Manager

Location: Bonita Springs, Florida

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year

Schedule: Open availability; 40-50 hours per week, including weekends and mandatory Sundays

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead and drive performance in a high-velocity retail environment. The ideal candidate will take pride in advancing our mission, support our brand, and provide exceptional medical cannabis experiences to Florida patients. This role is responsible for overall store performance, including financial results, operational excellence, and team development.

As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, execute company initiatives, and foster a culture of passionate cannabis advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of cannabis advocates.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, sales, and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with Florida cannabis regulations and company policies.
• Manage inventory, including purchasing, merchandising, and inventory controls.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and brand representation.
• Communicate operational needs, goals, and challenges to the Head of Retail.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of high-volume retail, cannabis, or hospitality management experience.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven ability to hire, train, and develop teams.
• Strong operational skills, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Knowledge of Florida cannabis regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and inventory management software.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Servant leadership mindset and commitment to fostering a positive team culture.

Availability:

• Open schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to travel (approximately 5%).

Physical & Mental Demands

• Ability to remain stationary or move as needed during work shifts.
• Must be able to handle packages up to 20 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and focus in a dynamic retail environment.
