Position Summary/Objective:The Post-Harvest Technician is responsible for assisting the managers in the day-to-day functions of the packaging, trimming, and harvesting areas, as well as storing finished product. The Post-Harvest Technician is a detail-oriented, operational team player with strong communication skills. They report the conditions observed of both the environment and products, helping guide the overall success of every production cycle.
