Job Description:

Capita Pensions Solutions are looking for a Capacity Planning Analyst to join their growing Resource Planning Team.

You will support the creation and maintenance of an accurate resource model and business plans that will maximise resource utilisation and efficiency aligned to the generated forecast, through the application of forecasting and data analysis. In addition, you will provide advanced planning direction to assist the Operational areas in ensuring service delivery of contractual KPI.

Job Description:

Principal accountabilities:

* Ongoing review of forecasting accuracy - (Short, Mid & Long Term) to support senior management to formulate actual and future resource requirements to inform business decisions around training and recruitment.

* Update daily & weekly resource plans with amendments, and re issue with insightful analysis and commentary

* Balance all SLAs and escalate inefficiencies, shortfalls, and risks with insight & solutions

* Scenario modelling - (Short, Mid & Long Term) to formulate budget assumptions and future resource requirements for each of our clients, working with Finance and Operational teams where appropriate to inform the forecasting model.

* Provide input to change controls in a timely fashion

Skills and Experience required:

* Broad working knowledge of WFM systems, tools, and processes.

* Strong business acumen, the ability to relate WFM processes and objectives to broader business issues and vice versa.

* Good decision-making capability, knows when to involve senior management in decision-making

* Strong analytical skills

* Excellent excel knowledge
