We are looking for Hospitality Professionals to help us reinforce the standards that historically make us one of the best in the business.We are currently recruiting for an administrative professional, Hospitality, Construction or Property Management industry experience preferred.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support for all construction projects
- Act as a liaison with outside vendors and contractors
- Research products and request pricing for all items related to construction projects
- Maintain files for all construction projects
- Manage all project related correspondence including contracts, construction drawings, permits, etc.
- You will be the point person for all purchasing and vendor relations for all facilities projects
Requirements:
- Hospitality or Property Management industry experience preferred
- Computer proficient (MS Office)
- Organized and detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all hotel operating departments
- Flexible with scheduling
