- Manage the operation, input, performance, and data integrity of an internal, fully-integrated CapEx ecosystem.
- Requires expertise in database management systems, strong analytical abilities, and a focus on maintaining high levels of accuracy and adherence to protocols.
- Will be asked to identify issues, bottlenecks, and inconsistencies with the ecosystem; ensures a comprehensive feedback loop from end-user to the development team.
- Effectively plans and communicates timelines, milestones, activities, develops mutually beneficial working relationships with end users (vendor, cross-functional teams) by utilizing professional interpersonal
- Understands application development needs, sets expectations and monitors efficiency of internal and/or external users
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports showing systems progress vs. plan, open items, and trends
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management or database systems management in Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations.
- Proven experience managing complex database environments in a large enterprise setting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organization and time-management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
