Position DescriptionThe Capital Campaign Coordinator for Valor Kyle will have capital campaign (solo) experience, ideally in K-12 schools. Lead overall capital campaign for campus expansion through strategic planning, community engagement and media communications. Take charge of developing campaign calendars, working with school leadership and volunteers, composing communications and marketing materials (working with graphic designers), and planning campaign events. Ensure a successful $3-5M+ pledge campaign over 10-18 month timeframe. Employ campaign best practices to elicit 3-year pledges from parents, grandparents, and community supporters Identify major prospects for individual cultivation. Make the ask, especially face-to-face to major prospects as well as to the school community via event public speaking and effective communications. Oversee the creation of a pledge redemption system post-campaign. Track activities, contacts, and pledges/gifts in the Valor CRM. Work directly with the campus Headmaster and Valor's Campaign Manager. Collaborate with Valor Kyle's Giving Coordinator to ensure smooth communications in relation to other annual fundraising campaigns.Mission and VisionValor's mission is to educate the whole person in authentic communities for a full human life.
