Experience/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years education/fulltime work experience
  • Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to recommend and articulate process improvements and required changes.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Competency in the writing of business letters, quotations and concise compilation of accurate technical and commercial proposals as required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite ability.
  • Oil & Gas Fracturing, Acidizing, Cementing, Coil Tubing Industry experience preferred.
  • Product knowledge with hydraulic, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
What You Get To Do
  • Prepare cost estimates and specifications subject to management approval for presentation to the customers.
  • Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts. Knowledge of international tendering systems preferred.
  • Participate in ongoing hands-on equipment training to understand equipment from the ground up.
  • Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, e.g., gross margin percentages and calculations, capital and revenue expenditure, cash-flow, and collections.
  • Work with marketing to develop sales collateral.
  • Liaison with intercompany departments as required.
  • Monitor bid and proposal activity to achieve conversion rate KPIs.
  • Maintain CRM records and activities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
