I am working with an Am25 law firm client looking to add a Capital Markets Associate Attorney in New York! The would also consider candidates in other markets. This firm has a strong Corporate practice! The team is a fantastic, down to earth group of attorneys. This role offers a reasonable hour requirement and pays market compensation.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience working with both private and public companies, representing issuers in a variety of offerings. Candidates should have experience with various filings. Experience with private, foreign issuers is a plus.

Candidates must:

• Have at least 2 years of experience
• Securities focused practice
• Be licensed to practice law in New York or appropriate jurisdiction
