Capital Markets Associate AttorneyJoin a top international law firm in New York, NY as a Capital Markets Associate Attorney and be part of a premier corporate finance and capital markets practice. This position involves a diverse range of responsibilities including structuring and executing public offerings and private placements, managing cross-border transactions for high-profile clients, and ensuring adherence to pertinent regulatory frameworks.
