Required Experience:
- J.D. from a tier 1 law school
- Admitted to the New York bar
- 3+ years of capital markets experience.
- Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in representing issuers, underwriters, and placement agents in public offerings and private placements, as well as familiarity with compliance and reporting under the 1933 and 1934 Acts.
