A leading Am Law 100 firm is seeking an experienced Securities and Capital Markets Associate to join its dynamic corporate practice in New York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on and execute complex securities and capital markets transactions for a diverse and sophisticated client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional legal services on high-stakes deals.
- Provide strategic counsel on regulatory compliance, disclosure obligations, and corporate governance matters.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of securities and capital markets experience at a respected law firm.
- Education: JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Compensation:
The firm offers a competitive salary range of $310,000 to $365,000, along with eligibility for bonuses.
