One of our dynamic international law firm clients is seeking a Capital Markets Associate for its New York City office. The group regularly leads the country across the board in all types of transactions, including IPOs, direct listings, spin-offs, secondary and follow-on stock offerings, high-yield debt, etc. Unlike most of its peers, this is not a firm in which Partnership is reserved only for homegrown associates. Rather, the firm has a very strong track record of promoting lateral associates to equity partnership.

Experience Requirements:

• 2-6 years years of Capital Markets experience at an AmLaw 100 firm
• Admitted to the New York State Bar
