The Merker Group is working with a top firm on a brand new, unadvertised role. This firm is looking for 2 to 3 mid-level Capital Markets associates with prior major law firm experience. The firm is open to these attorneys being based in New York or Washington, DC.

This firm pays top lockstep compensation and bonus and has a hybrid work policy of 3 days in the office. This firm is one of our favorite clients - we have placed multiple attorneys into this firm and have received very positive feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience with Capital Markets and Securities.
• Prior major law firm/Am Law 100 firm experience.
• J.D. and exceptional academic credentials.
• Bar license in the state in which you are applying.
