We are looking to speak withcapital marketsattorneys with five (5) plus years' experience representing (some/all) corporate and sovereign issuers, underwriters, financial sponsors, investors and selling shareholders in all types of public and private debt, equity, equity-linked and other securities offerings, including compliance with, and reporting under, the 1933 Act and 1934 Act to join our client's preeminent team inNew York.

In the emerging markets, our client has advised on innovative transactions by governments, banks and multinational corporations, including in the MENA and CIS regions, Mediterranean Basin, Central and Eastern Europe and China.
Our client is particularly strong in raising permanent capital, representing private equity firms and portfolio companies on IPO exits and debt financings, as well as representing sovereign issuers and other market participants in sovereign bond offerings.
Annual salary: $345,000 – $400,000
