Responsibilities
Campus Apartments is seeking a Capital Project Coordinator to manage capital projects and teach and manage site team managers.
+ Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
+ Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to project scope and specifications.
+ Review RFIs and submittals to ensure completeness and accuracy.
+ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
+ Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
+ Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
+ Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed.
+ Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
+ Strong knowledge of RFIs, Submittals, Vendor Coordination, Water/Wastewater, and other related areas
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
+ Bachelors degree in engineering or related field preferred, but not required
