Additionally, TTG holds a U.S. Department of State IDIQ (Administrative and Professional/Subject Matter Expert Support Services), the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (through WRMA), and two U.S. Department of the Interior IDIQs with our BTTB, Inc. Joint Venture (Financial Management Directorate PM Support Services and Division of Indian Affairs IT Support Services). As a Capture Lead/Proposal Writer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding TTG's footprint and driving our success— leading your own pursuits without managing others. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with senior leadership, such as the SVP of Strategy and Director of Business Growth, but also prefers working independently in the capture process. You'll thrive if you excel at building client and partner relationships, developing winning strategies, and contributing to proposal writing. Relationship Building & Management: Develop, maintain, and leverage strategic relationships with government agencies, commercial partners, and stakeholders to position TTG as a trusted partner and preferred contractor, driving long-term business growth. Demonstrate strong outreach skills to secure high-value contracts and share information collaboratively with team members.2. Pipeline and Capture Management: Proactively and independently identify, qualify, and pursue high-potential opportunities across state, local, and federal sectors. Leverage contract vehicles, gather client and competitive intelligence, and lead capture strategiesfrom opportunity identification through proposal submission. Regularly document business development activities to support target goals.3. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on customers, competitors, and market trends to inform strategic business growth decisions, ensuring that TTG's capture strategies align with client needs and market demands.4. Proposal Writing: Work closely with our Proposal Center, which manages the proposal process and prepares the proposal shell, allowing you to focus on providing writing support for key sections. Use your expertise and insights to contribute to compelling, compliant content that aligns with capture strategies, win themes, and client needs, helping drive successful contract wins.QualificationsQualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.· Experience: 8-12 years of proven success in business development, capture management, and proposal support, with a track record of securing contract wins.· Network: Established relationships with government agencies and commercial partners with a strong preference for those aligned with TTG's portfolio of contract vehicles or the ability to cultivate and expand such connections.· Team Collaboration: Experience as a team player, regularly sharing information and insights with team members to enhance overall business development efforts.· Documentation: Proficiency in documenting business development activities to track and achieve target goals an providing proposal section content.Additional Requirements:Travel possible up to 10%.Ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.SALARYSalary is determined commensurate with experience of the candidate. Benefits include health insurance, holidays, and vacation benefits for all full-time employees of 30 or more hours. The salary range for this position is $1250,000 to $160,000 per year.
