What you'll be doing:As a Car Wash Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized car wash lot, ensuring smooth operations. Your role is essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the overall efficiency of the operation.
- Welcome customers to the vacuum area, assist with inquiries and provide information about available services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including sweeping, picking up debris, and ensuring that signage is visible and in good condition.
- Inspect customer vehicles to ensure the highest wash quality and customer satisfaction.
- Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage them to leave Google reviews if pleased with the service.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, actively identifying and addressing potential slip or trip hazards to maintain a safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members, including Tunnel Operators and management, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Assist in tracking and reporting inventory levels for supplies, such as cleaning materials and signage, to management.
- Restock towels as needed and maintain a clean, trash-free facility.
What you'll bring to the team:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or automotive environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and sun.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to safely lift 40lbs.
