- Support the sales and service departments with clean and quality detailed vehicles. Conform to dealer specifications
- Wash exterior, clean interior, vacuum interior, shampoo carpet and seats, and clean windows
- Clean and polish wheels
- Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects such as dents or scratches and bring to managers attention
- Have vehicles looking showroom ready when getting back to the lot for sales
- Maintain clean area by sweeping, picking up trash
- Help with laundering of detail rags
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Maintain a clean driving record & valid driver's license
- Previous car washing experience is a plus
- Work is primarily indoors in a non-air-conditioned area
- Requires constant (67-100%) standing, bending, twisting, and stretching.
- Requires standing on concrete floors for at least 8 hours daily
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and push/pull at least 50 lbs
- Occasional walking either to another department (sales, parts, body shop) or even another worksite on campus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently
- Ability to follow processes and take direction
