Identifies, evaluates and develops recommendations that meet business needs. Develops, implements, and tests applications and system projects (i.e., new releases, updates, features). Assists in most aspects of the project life cycle, including proposal, planning, requirement gathering, design, development, testing and implementation of new enhancements to existing systems and applications. Compiles and analyzes statistics, performs reporting duties, and various functions as required. Acts as an internal consultant for the department and provides a bridge between the business requirements and the technical definition of card products.Qualifications/Experience
  • At least four years of related experience in Card Operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of card processing industry and related products and services.
  • Familiarity with related accounting procedures.
  • Good understanding of project oversight and communication skillset (written/verbal).
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills.
  • Solid math skills. Able to analyze accounts.
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Well organized.
  • Ability to assist others.
