POSITION SUMMARY: This position isresponsible for providing excellent customer service and professionalism while working with our card processor and any ATM or card issuance vendors. Duties also include supporting internal personnel as well as customers with any card or ATM-related issues. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Delivers excellent customer service to both internal and external customers in a prompt, efficient, accurate, and professional manner.

Works with reports daily to solve account transactions in a timely manner with accuracy.

Reviews and produces reports for daily volumes, approvals, exceptions and card processing functions

Researches and processes disputes and adjustments.

Assists instant issue branches with daily card production, training, balancing of stock and troubleshooting, which may include assisting with critical updates and testing of card production.

Provides department and branch personnel support to resolve customer issues by researching issues, opening cases or seeking out vendor assistance to resolution.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum of 2 years customer service experience required.Banking experience preferred.EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING: High school diploma or GED required.JOB-SPECIFIC SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• Mechanical ability to work on machines as needed.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Basic knowledge in Outlook, Word, Excel, and 10 key.
• Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, organized, and excellent decision-making skills.
• Work effectively as a team member who is punctual and dependable.
• Ability to focus, follow procedures, and analyze and solve basic problems with accuracy.

WORKING CONDITIONS Individuals in this position must be able to perform essential functions within these documented working conditions and physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation: This position is in an office environment within a climate-controlled facility that may be located in the basement of the facility. There is frequent use of the telephone, computer and other office equipment associated with this position. Card Service Specialists are typically seated at personal desks for the majority of the day; however, they must be able to travel to our different ATM or Instant Issue locations at times for training purposes. The individual responsible for this role must be able to perform job functions with general supervision and work effectively as a member of a team or independently. The individual must be capable of working harmoniously with diverse personalities of co-workers, staff and customers. This position requires regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work extended and varying hours when needed.
