Work as a Cardiology Nurse in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment. Our team provides comprehensive cardiac care and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join us in making a difference in the lives of our patients.

• Provide office-based nursing care in collaboration with providers
• Assess physical and psychosocial needs of patients and formulate nursing plan of care
• Communicate effectively with providers regarding patient needs and nursing assessments
• Document patient assessments and assist in scheduling office visits

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN License
• Previous experience in a medical/surgical office setting preferred
• Experience with medical software
