* POSITION SUMMARY:* Under the guidance of the Cardiology Coordinator, the Cardiology Technician will perform EKG's and Holter Monitor hookups. Works collaboratively with physicians and Cardiology Coordinator to assure accurate test results.* QUALIFICATIONS:* EDUCATION:* Minimum:* High School or equivalent education* Preferred:* Certified Cardiology Technician* LICENSE:* PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:* Minimum:* BLS required through the RQI system during clinical orientation* Arrhythmia course completion within six months* WORK EXPERIENCE:* Preferred:* EKG experience, Arrhythmia recognition experience* SKILLS:* Minimum:* Ability to perform the technical aspects of the position.* Demonstrates ability to deal with public in a professional and courteous manner and handle confidential information with discretion.Salary Range: $19.92 - $23.13
