We work closely with teams across the company to ensure that our customers and retailers are getting the service they need.WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTEIn this seasonal role, you will provide excellent service for DaySpring's customers and consumers. We are looking for someone who is proactive, trustworthy, empathetic, and patient, with the ability to work directly with our customers to resolve their needs. Hours per week will range between 35-40. The schedule is 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (M-F). The assignment will begin in early September and end in December.
  • Take incoming customer calls/emails and listen to their needs.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and offered solutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS The following is required to be considered for this role:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Your resume/application will stand out if you have:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred..
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Understanding of and appreciation for the DaySpring mission.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
  • A hybrid work schedule is available, allowing employees to split their time between the office and remote work. Onsite days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
